I especially like the concept of balanced health requiring 4 key components. The 62 smoothie recipes is an incredible amount and gives literally something for everyone. “Since my heart attack last year my wife has constantly been after me to watch what I eat and my doctor said that using a Vitamixer is an easy way to get my daily fresh fruits and veggies. The problem I’ve had is trying to put things together that I need to eat and still have them taste good.
